Never Delivered flowers to my Mom's funeral. - FUNERAL FLOWERS NOT DELIVERED

FTD contacted a 'local' shop to deliver my custom arrangement (over $200) for my Mother's funeral. I ordered 10 days in advance and they were to be delivered in the morning. I called FTD 3x to find out where my flowers were. They could not get in touch with the local shop. I now know they used Catherine's Floral shop in Mesa AZ. This company has an F rating with BBB and poor reviews on Yelp. In addition, their website does not list that they deliver to the city the services were held. Therefore FTD and Catherine's knew for over a week that they would not honor my order but failed to let me know. Thanks for the added stress at my mom's funeral.
